Tomorrow evening, we will be opening and closing one hour and a half early (we will be open from 10:30am-5:30pm) in order to attend this free and open event on the Hill and we invite you to attend as well. Please RSVP here.

“20 years ago, Rwanda survived a harrowing genocide where one million Tutsis and moderate Hutus were systematically murdered, and has spent much of the two decades since learning and wrestling with how to forgive one another in order to rebuild their nation and sustain peace.  One of Rwanda’s leading voices for reconciliation, Antoine Rutayisire, is coming to DC to share his personal story of struggle, including witnessing the murder of his own father at age 5, and ultimately choosing to forgive and be reconciled.  Antoine is the co-founder and President of the As We Forgive Rwanda Initiative as well as the Senior Pastor of St. Peter’s Anglican Church. He Rev. will lead a workshop covering explaining some of the As We Forgive process.”
